Step #2: During your appointment, Tod will measure your proposed patio cover, determine any special construction requirements and review product colors, end caps and optional upgrades.
We present a written quote at this time and can move right along to signing the contract and scheduling your installation, if you wish. Of course, for those of you who need some time to think it over, you can progress to Step #3 at any time. Step #3: Schedule an appointment to have Tod come back to review and sign your contract. At this time, we will require a 10% down payment for your project and we will schedule your patio cover installation date. Step #4: As your install date approaches, we will call you to confirm installation. Upon request, we will go to the building department on your behalf to purchase your building permit. We will require reimbursement for the cost of the permit, but we do not charge any extra fees for time spent at the building department, generating the engineering plans, or drawing up the plot plan for your patio cover project. *Please note: Building Department inspections vary from city to city. We will inform you of the inspection requirements at this time. Step #5: Installation begins and will generally take about 2-3 days on average (depending on the size/style of your cover). Step #6: Your project is complete and the balance due is collected. Step #7: You enjoy your patio cover day after day and wonder how you ever lived without it! |
